
Jordan "Alex" Johnson
Founding Partner
Alex Johnson leads the firm's civil practice. Alex handles cases on behalf of individuals seriously harmed from automobile crashes, helping them to deal with insurance companies and file lawsuits against insurance companies and their insured drivers. Additionally, Alex represents individuals and businesses wronged by the acts of government employees and bureaucrats. He has represented people with many serious issues, including but not limited to victims of shootings, wrongful incarceration, wrongful arrests, and retaliation against them due to their speech.
Alex has extensive experience litigating cases on behalf of wronged parties throughout Georgia in both State and Federal Courts. He has focused his practice on seeking justice against insurance companies, as well as suing government officials who violate individuals' Constitutional Rights, often under 42 U.S.C. 1983.
Alex also has experience advising businesses on how to form and to best achieve their goals.
Alex has been interviewed by Yahoo! News and has appeared on the Ingraham Angle on the Fox News Channel.
A Georgia native, Alex attended Oglethorpe University to receive a Bachelor of Arts in Politics. While at Oglethorpe, he served as President of Student Government, President of the Inter-fraternity Council, President of Sigma Alpha Epsilon, and was Vice President of Omicron Delta Kappa, the National Leadership Honor Society.
He attended and graduated from Georgia State Law school, receiving his Juris Doctor degree in 2010.
Alex also volunteers to help improve his community by his extensive involvement in civic activities, including being a member of the Rotary Club of North Atlanta, a member of the Federalist Society, and serving as President of the Georgia Republican Assembly and the SAE Atlanta Area Alumni Association.
He received the National Federation of Republican Assemblies (NFRA) President's Award for Activism in 2017, and was also elected to serve as the Southern Regional Vice-President for the NFRA. In 2021, he was elected as and currently serves as President of the National Federation of Republican Assemblies.
He is General (Legal) Counsel of the DeKalb County Republican Party, as well as being a previous Republican candidate for the Georgia State Senate in District 41 in 2010.
Alex is also a registered mediator with the Georgia Commission on Dispute Resolution.
Alex Johnson lives in Dunwoody, Georgia with his wife, Andrea, and regularly attends All Saints Church.
